"Lotus Root Slices with Prawn Paste"

1 lotus root slice
chopped lotus root
1 piece chicken thigh
1 stalk coriander
1 chopped green onion
1 tbsp chopped dried shrimp
Seasoning:
1 tsp MSG
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 egg
a little pepper
Potato flour amount
Cooking Tips:
